The Dingmann Funeral Home director and staff is very professional and compassionate when going through the difficult time of losing a family member. They were very helpful in guiding me through what needed to be done when I lost my husband. I am extremely thankful for their hard work and guidance. Blessings to all the people who work there!!

We did feel like we were rushed when meeting with the funeral directors through the whole process. They always had somewhere else to be. I just feel like if they cannot spend time with families then quit building facilities. We were left to deal with other staff who were not introduced to us and they could not answer our questions.
They did a good job with our deceased in preparation but there were two specific things we asked them to do to the body for viewing and they were not completed. We just wanted people to remember our family member as close to the way they were alive.
The funeral home was quite hot. Visitors were fanning themselves, complaining and left quickly. I think water bottles and coffee should have been provided for visitors by the funeral home. Items on the website are so overly priced and it is disheartening to see that they were making so much money over peoples grief.
The website should have been explained better. We have no idea what the candles mean that were lit. We could not get pictures on the website and condolences took over a day to show up. There is such a narrow time frame that these things should have been kept up quickly.
Just little frustrating things that should have been avoided. We paid over $3500 just for the funeral director and staff and do not feel like they earned it.
