They took very good care of my sister and her service was absolutely beautiful! My family and I couldnt have asked for nothing more! Our overall experience went exceptionally well. From my 1st call to Tiwana, the funeral director, to pick up my brother$0027s body from his home, until the end of his services, it was an absolute comfort in knowing that he, and we, were being handled with the utmost care and concern. Her staff, her pastor, and her songstress were amazing. They helped us give my brother a very beautiful and well thoughtout homegoing in the middle of the pandemic, during Christmas week, and with very little time to work with. Funerals can be very emotional experiences, so any small oversight is to be expected. Whether there was an oversight on our behalf or the funeral home, it was immediately rectified once brought to the attention of the staff. They accommodated us in every way possible. We honestly could not have chosen a better funeral home to turn our loved one over to.

Mrs Collins is just absolutely amazing she assisted my family with my brothers final arrangements. Not only was she very professional she was very patient, resourceful, she definitely made us laugh although the situation was unfortunate she made the process so much easier to cope with. Mrs Collins did an amazing job with the preparation of my brothers remains he looked like he was resting peacefully. I cant thank her enough for all that she did to help our family through a very difficult time. In the future I will definitely use there services for any of my loved ones. My experience was simply amazing considering I never thought I would be the one to plan a home going service for my brother. Tiwana you were a true blessing as well as your staff and again I appreciate all that you did to help ease the pain even on the day of the service you were there every step of the way and for that I will always promote you and your business!

Tiwanna was wonderful helping us with my mother-in-law. Due to COVID restrictions, we were unable to travel from California to Chicago to assist with my mother-in-laws funeral. My mother-in-law is also a Veteran.

These people took my money and didnt deliver, they didnt give me my husbands ashes and gave away his urn even after several phone calls back and forth with the funeral director Tiwania and her empty promises they failed to deliver.
